7ABCs - Pay it Onward is a program operated by Lestelle Group LLC, a company dedicated to supporting local, family-owned, and community businesses through innovative gift card solutions.

Our mission is to create economic opportunities for small businesses and the individuals who promote them, while maintaining complete transparency in how funds are distributed.

What is a Pio Card?

Pio (Pay it Onward) cards are gift cards that can be used at any of our participating merchants. When you purchase a Pio card, you're supporting multiple family-owned businesses while giving someone the freedom to choose where to redeem their gift.

💰 Revenue Distribution (65/15/15/5)

Every Pio card purchase is divided into four buckets to ensure fair distribution and sustainable operations:

Example: For a $100 Pio card purchase:

  • $65 goes to the Merchant Fulfillment Reserve
  • $15 goes to the Portal Keeper who referred the sale
  • $15 goes to the Commons Fund for community initiatives
  • $5 covers payment processing and operations

🚀 Portal Keeper Commission System

Portal Keepers are our community of promoters who share Pio cards with their networks. Every Portal Keeper receives a unique referral code and earns 15% commission on every sale made through their link.

📊 Our Transparency Pledge

We believe in complete financial transparency. Starting with December 2025, we will publish monthly transparency reports showing exactly how funds are distributed.

Monthly Reports Include:

  • Total Pio card sales for the period
  • Breakdown of the 65/15/15/5 distribution
  • Number of cards sold
  • Number of Portal Keepers paid
  • SoFi vault transfer records

Report Schedule: Each monthly report is published on the last day of the following month. The December 2025 report will be published January 31, 2026.

🔗 Web3 & Blockchain Exploration

Lestelle Group LLC is actively exploring Web3 and blockchain solutions to enhance transparency, automate payments, and reduce transaction costs for our portal keepers and merchants.

Current Status: We are in active communication with our network of partners, developers, and community members to identify the most appropriate blockchain solutions and implementation flow. We have not yet committed to any specific blockchain or Web3 platform.

Our priority is ensuring any Web3 integration:

  • Reduces costs for participants (not increases them)
  • Maintains or improves transparency
  • Does not create barriers to entry
  • Aligns with our cooperative values

We will communicate any decisions regarding blockchain integration well in advance of implementation, and welcome input from our network.
