- 65% — Merchant Fulfillment Reserve (pays merchants when cards are redeemed)
- 15% — Portal Keeper Commission (rewards for referrals and community builders)
- 15% — Commons Fund (land trusts, infrastructure, and shared resources)
- 5% — Operations (processing and sustainability)
